A leading private hospital is recruiting an experienced Unit Manager: High Care to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and quality patient outcomes within a specialised, fast‑paced environment.
Role Focus
- Lead safe, evidence‑based, cost‑effective patient care aligned to clinical governance standards
- Strengthen quality, risk, and compliance practices, including incident management and equipment oversight
- Drive transformation, staff development, coaching, and performance management
- Build strong multidisciplinary and stakeholder relationships to enhance patient experience
- Support digital innovation, including adoption of electronic patient records and clinical systems
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Diploma in General Nursing / BCur (or equivalent NQF 7)
- Post Basic Critical Care qualification
- Qualification in Health Services Management
- Minimum 3 years post‑speciality experience within ICU/ High Care
