Position: Business Manager – Endoscopy & Surgical Devices

Role Purpose
Drive portfolio strategy, market development, and commercial execution across advanced surgical endoscopy, devices, ENT, and integrated theatre solutions. Lead product lifecycle, innovation adoption, and solution‑based selling in partnership with sales, clinical, and technical teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Product Lifecycle Management — Positioning, segmentation, pricing, optimisation, and launch execution.
    • Market & Business Development — Market analysis, opportunity identification, competitor monitoring, and business case development.
    • Marketing Execution — Campaigns, promotions, congress participation, and product awareness initiatives.
    • Sales Enablement — Training, technical support, value propositions, and complex solution‑selling support.
    • System Integration Support — Support integrated theatre solutions, digital workflows, and infrastructure‑based offerings.
    • Customer & KOL Engagement — Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, hospital management, and clinical societies.
    • Operational & Compliance — Forecasting, tender input, regulatory adherence, and performance reporting.
 
Key Requirements:
    • Relevant Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
    • Experience in Medical Devices — 5–8 years in medical devices, healthcare marketing, or product management.
    • Surgical Endoscopy / Devices Exposure — Experience in surgical endoscopy, surgical devices, ENT, or related essential.
    • Capital Equipment & Solution Selling — Proven ability to support complex, multi‑stakeholder sales environments.
    • System Integration Knowledge — Exposure to digital health, integrated theatres, or hospital infrastructure beneficial.
    • Theatre Workflow Understanding — Strong understanding of surgical workflows and sterile environments.
    • National Travel Capability — Ability to travel nationally for launches, training, and customer engagement.
    • Valid Driver’s Licence
    • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
