Main Purpose of the position:

  • Initiate and maintain all Quality/SLA for all GXP Suppliers
  • Perform triennial reviews of all SLAs and maintain the Approved Supplier list
  • Ensure quality agreements are filed in database
  • Develop and execute annual audit plans for both internal and external audits
  • Conduct audits of processes/departments or suppliers as necessary
  • Provide key involvement and support in regulatory audits as required
  • Ensure timely closure of audit observations and maintain compliance with audit schedules
  • Supply required inputs for KPI reporting at local, regional, and global levels related to the QA function
  • Partake and prepare information for the Annual Quality Management Review Meeting and ensure timely submission
  • Maintain a system for supplier evaluation and approval
  • Coordinate corrective actions stemming from supplier performance reports
  • Conduct audits of non-compliant suppliers as needed

  • Review and evaluate BMRs and BRLs prior to final product release
  • Process product release transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Provide support to Seniors in Quality Department on related quality projects
  • Assist the QA Department with issuing Production Documents
