Regional Sales Manager – Inland
Industry: Pharmaceutical

The ideal candidate must have experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. They will manage a team of Sales Representatives that service Independent and corporate pharmacies and promote the companies OTC business unit products.
Applicants applying outside of the pharmaceutical industry, will not be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional & Divisional sales objectives are met
- Competitive market share evolution
- Expenses in Line with Budget/ revised forecast.
- Customer targets in all key areas will have been achieved
- Accurate forecasting & sales tracking
- Monitor and analyse market share trajectory
- Preparation and presentation of field sales reports presented timeously
Key Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Regional Sales Manager
- A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous
- Relationships with large Independent and corporate store managers will be an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical Industry
