Product Specialist – KZN

• Promote products to targeted specialists and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, pharmacists, and nurses.
• Implement strategic plans to grow market share and increase product uptake.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Conduct regular customer targeting and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Plan and manage territory for maximum impact.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends.
• Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities.
• Arrange CME events, congresses, and other engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage budgets effectively.

• Science degree or diploma.
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience in the hospital/specialist pharmaceutical sector, with a strong focus on anesthetics.
• In-depth knowledge of anesthetic products and their application in clinical environments.
• Established relationships with KOLs in the KwaZulu-Natal region.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
• Quick learner with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organized and self-motivated with strong territory planning skills.
