Personal Assistant – Hospital CEO
Location:  Johannesburg, South

Our client a 254 bed hospital seeks a PA for the hospital CEO.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support and ensure the seamless operation of the CEO’s office by assisting the Hospital CEO with any support and administrative duties
  • Interact with internal staff and management, external companies / agencies associated with the business of the organisation, various stakeholders and members of the public
  • Manage the Hospital CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organise and coordinate board meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Type correspondence, including internal and external letters and memos
  • Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls for the Hospital CEO
 
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
