About the Role:
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a seasoned Medical Director to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a medical doctor with substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will provide critical medical input, particularly in marketing and regulatory affairs, and play a key role in new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead new business development initiatives by liaising with international partners for dossiers and niche products.
Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and marketing teams on product placement, detail aids, and training.
Provide medical input into various company affairs, including legal matters.
Mentor and manage the training team, ensuring high standards of training and professional development.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Medical Doctor (MD)
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in new business development.
Experience in training and mentoring teams.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
Proficiency in liaising with RA & marketing departments.
Behavioral Qualities:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong networking capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
General Working Conditions:
May require overtime work.
International travel will be necessary.
