Main Purpose:
  • Develop and lead a training academy for sales, marketing, operational efficiency, and leadership.
  • Focus on Challenger Sales Methodology to achieve business excellence.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience
  • Minimum 3-years experience in a senior training role, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong track record in developing successful training programs.
  • Expertise in modern training methods, including e-learning and blended learning.
  • Experience in team management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Previous experience within Sales (advantage)

Key responsibilities:
 
Strategic Development and Leadership
  • Design and implement the training academy’s strategic plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performance training team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
Curriculum Development and Implementation
  • Oversee creation of a multi-tiered training curriculum for sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Ensure industry-relevant, up-to-date content with innovative learning solutions.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
  • Manage and ensure quality in the delivery of training programs.
  • Facilitate impactful training sessions for various organizational levels.
Evaluation and Improvement
  • Implement training evaluation methods (feedback, assessments, impact metrics).
  • Continuously enhance programs based on feedback and evolving needs.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders on training progress and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external educational partners.
Resource and Budget Management
  • Effectively manage the training budget.
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of training materials and services.
