MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience
Minimum 3-years experience in a senior training role, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
Strong track record in developing successful training programs.
Expertise in modern training methods, including e-learning and blended learning.
Experience in team management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
Previous experience within Sales (advantage)

Key responsibilities:
Strategic Development and Leadership
Design and implement the training academy’s strategic plan aligned with company objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performance training team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
Curriculum Development and Implementation
Oversee creation of a multi-tiered training curriculum for sales, marketing, and leadership.
Ensure industry-relevant, up-to-date content with innovative learning solutions.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
Manage and ensure quality in the delivery of training programs.
Facilitate impactful training sessions for various organizational levels.
Evaluation and Improvement
Implement training evaluation methods (feedback, assessments, impact metrics).
Continuously enhance programs based on feedback and evolving needs.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Maintain communication with stakeholders on training progress and outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with external educational partners.
Resource and Budget Management
Effectively manage the training budget.
Oversee the selection and procurement of training materials and services.
