Our large Managed Healthcare client is seeking a Disease Risk Case Manager (DRM) with specialized experience in Diabetic Education or Cardiac Care, coupled with 2-5 years of experience in their respective fields and preferred experience within Managed Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the product through innovative strategies and approaches
- Participate in Corporate Wellness Days, facilitating Corporate Member Education sessions
- Manage automated solutions to streamline processes
- Handle escalated cases with precision and care
Requirements:
- SANC Registered Nurse
- 2-5 years of experience in Cardiac Care (Hypertension, etc) or Diabetes
- Passionate about their area of expertise
- Preferred min 2 years Managed Care experience.
- Able to make tough decisions with assertiveness and confidence
