Join a leading Managed Care Corporate within their clinical risk management team, contributing to a large Funder’s fund management support structure. This role involves conducting research, drafting documents, and leading projects to support the clinical risk and fund management teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Relevant clinical tertiary qualification (SAPC/ SANC), FAIS accreditation for medical insurance advice.
Experience: 8+ years in managed care, health risk management, and clinical customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement: Identify solutions to improve efficiency and compliance, support day-to-day operations, and enhance quality.
Cost Containment: Drive cost-effective processes and evaluate return on investment.
Customer-Centricity: Build strong inter-departmental impact and deepen client satisfaction.
Knowledge Management: Share specialist knowledge, offer training, and maintain expertise.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal/external experts and resolve escalated clinical queries.
Position Outputs:
- Generate weekly/monthly reports, conduct disease risk assessments, and handle audit/risk management.
- Support product development and lead project reporting for integrated services.

Skills: Data analysis, task management, Adobe Suite, business writing, problem-solving, customer focus, and attention to detail.
